Vegan Mung Bean Pancake


This recipe is really easy, yummy and healthy at the same time. Mung beans are a good source of  dietary fiber and protein  and low fat.  Similarly putting  a pinch of turmeric adds antioxidants  to your pancake. 
For the ingredients, you will need:
  • A bowl of Overnight Soaked Mung Beans
  • A Bowl of Gram Flour
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon of Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 finely chopped Chillies ( if you like spicy one)
  • Salt to taste 
  • 4 tablespoon of sunflower oil( discard oil and bake it for healthier option)

Let's move on to the procedure:

  • Grind all the ingredients in a grinder with half a cup of water
  • Make a thick consistency 
  • Pan fry it in a medium heat for 3-6 minutes
