Wake up with Oat Meal


Oat Meal has great benefits as theses days everyone is aware of it . I have two topping ideas for making it delicious and attractive. For both options-I boiled Oat Meal with Coconut Milk for few minutes and until it has a thick consistency.

  1. Topping -almonds, sliced banana, sunflower seeds, peanut and dried raspberry.- Full of fibre, proteins.

2. Topping-  sliced bananas, sliced strawberry, sunflower seeds and coconut flakes. Full of fibre, Vitamin A and Omega 3 fatty acid.

 It's really tasty and healthy breakfast option.
