Mango and Banana Smoothie for Health and Nutrients

Mangoes are rich in fibre, Vitamin- C and Vitamin- E. It helps to increase the metabolism and also  the immunity. It has anti-ageing properties  and adds the glow to your skin. It's really easy to make and adding other ingredients makes the smoothie more delicious.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of sliced mango
  • 1 banana (banana nourishes and hydrates the skin)
  • 1-2  almonds (almond nourishes the nervous system)
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until you reach a smooth consistency.  
It's easy to make - nutritious for health and good for the skin.
