Healthy No-Bake Vegan Cup Cakes


Spring is heating up and this recipe of cupcakes is healthy and good for sweet treats !!!

Step 1- Base

  • Almonds and Dates 
Procedure : 
  • Soak both Almonds and Dates overnight in a water
  • On the next day, blend it well until you have smooth consistency
  •  Place the dough in a Cupcake tray and refrigerate for 2-3 hours

Step 2- Icing

  • Cashews
  • Coconut Cream 
  • Oat

Procedure :

  • Blend all the ingredients and add over the base
  • Add chocolate chips over it and refrigerate for 2-3 hours
  • Finally, it's ready to eat
