Reetha / Soapnuts Hair Mask for Healthy Hair

Reetha aka Soapnuts commonly used for laundry can be also used in hair. Reetha is a wonderful natural hair cleanser.

Reetha is good for your colored treated hairs. It makes your hair soft and silky. As it has antifungal and anti-bacterial properties, it helps in preventing scalp infection. Further preventing dandruff and controlling the hair fall. It also supports the growth of new hair.
In order to use Reetha on your hair , you can just soak soap-nuts according to your need -volume and length of your hair overnight . On the next day, boil it for 15-20 minutes and use that liquid after letting it cool.

I also have other alternatives that I use in my hair once a week its Reetha Hair Mask. I  have this Poonam Reetha Powder , I mix it well with the yogurt until it's completely dissolved into it. Then, I wash my hair with regular shampoo, and soak the water with the towel and apply the mask with equal amounts in all part of my hair  and covered it with the plastic bag for almost 30 minutes and after that wash it thoroughly in tap water. I only use shampoo the next day.
