Make Rose Water At Home-DIY

2:56 AM

Hello!
I have already made the post about the benefits of rose water. If you would like to know more about it , you can click HERE. So, lets get started with making rose water procedure:

Step 1
Firstly, remove all the petals from the roses. Regarding, the number of roses, you can determine on the basis of the quantity of  rose water you desire. I got 9 roses, according to my preference. And I highly recommend roses without pesticides. After, the petals are removed wash it properly with water.

Step 2
After, it soak these rose petals in distilled water and boil it for 15-20 minutes. The amount of water while boiling the rose petals should be proportionately less than petals because it will not allow to get maximum extracts out of the petals. Boil it in a small to medium heat and cover it with lid. Boil the petals, until it losses its actual colour.

Step 3
When the step 2 is done, separate the rose petals with water. And hence, you have a rose water. Then, allow it cool for an hour. After that keep in a container, and keep in a refrigerator. And always remember to put back into refrigerator after every use. I recommend that please don't make too much of rose water at time because it does not last too long without parabens or any cosmetic preservatives. You can see mine 'rose water' in above pictures. I was little bit  skeptic about my colour. So, I take two pictures in different  lightening. However, it depends upon the colour of rose you have, so it might turn different with other colour roses.

Hope you guys enjoyed this post!
