Banana Health benefits
As bananas are high in Pectin which helps in digestion and it assists in maintaining the blood sugar. Further, the researches show that including banana in your regular diet helps to overcome depression. Additionally,bananas are rich in antioxidants elements so it also prevents from chronic diseases. 

As you can see plenty of health benefits from it -then are you interested in incorporating in your diet?
I have two quick and easy recipe that includes banana, which is  healthy yet yummy.

Banana with Yogurt and Ginger
  • 1 medium sized ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 tablespoon of yogurt 
  •  1/2 tablespoon of honey 

  • Keep banana in the refrigerator for few hours before you prepare these smoothies 
  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until it's smooth.

I have  added ginger to this smoothie because it has always been used as the medication for nausea, headache, and heartburn. So, when its taken together with banana will work as natural antacid which helps to neutralize the acid of the stomach .

Banana With Oats and Almond

  • 1 medium sized ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoon of oats
  • 4 piece of almond
  • 1/4 tablespoon of water ( you can also add milk)
  •  1/2 tablespoon of honey 
Procedure( Same as above)
  • Keep banana in the refrigerator for few hours before you prepare this smoothie 
  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender until its smooth
